Fully Automatic N95 Mask Making Machine Price
The working process of N95 Mask Machines are as follows: The multi-layer non-woven fabric rolls are subjected to compound roll welding after feeding. Nasal lines are welded after unrolling and cutting. Two rolls of rubber band are welded after automatically unrolling and cutting to designated length. Then masks are folded in half. After ultrasonic welding and fusion, the masks are rolling-cut and formed. Finally, we get finished N95 masks.
This production line makes folded masks with full automation. The working process including multi-layer fabric feeding, nose bar welding, breather valve hole punching, ear-loop welding, logo printing and breather valve welding. The fabric layers are delivered by mechanical clamps during the machine operation to avoid the fabric properties being destroyed. The finished masks filtration efficiency can meet the N95 standard.
