Fully automatic equipment can realize mask body production to ear band fusion, nose line fusion until finished product, completely without manual operation, suitable for the production of inner ear mask and outer ear mask, generally can reach 3-6 layers of raw material production mask.

The typical speed index of the mask body equipment of the mask machine can reach 130-140 pieces/minute, while the speed of the ultrasonic spot welding machine can only reach 40-60 pieces/minute, so the automatic line generally needs two to three spot welding machines, such as the automatic one tow two type, one tow three.The process flow of one-two-one-one-three-rope plane mask machine includes automatic feeding, pressing and cutting, semi-finished product separation and turnover, ear band ultrasonic welding, shaping, counting output and so on. The whole automation control can be divided into single PLC centralized control type and multi PLC decentralized control type, control requirements for speed and positioning control, transmission part of the step or servo drive.
