Recently, masks are selling well, and mask manufacturers are rushing to produce around the clock. If the mask machine breaks down, it will be the most troublesome thing. As we all know, the most prone to failure of the mask machine is the electronic part, and the core of the electronic part is the ultrasonic system.
1. Turn on the power switch of the mask machine, the ultrasonic power indicator light of the mask machine is not on, and there is no action. Reasons: A. The power cord of the mask machine is in poor contact with the power socket; B. The power fuse of the mask machine is burnt. 2. Turn on the power switch of the mask machine, the power indicator light is on, but there is no action, press the ultrasonic test button of the mask machine to have ultrasonic output. Reason: A. The five-core wire connecting the base of the mask machine to the frame is open; B. The circuit board of the machine program is faulty. 3. Turn on the power switch of the mask machine, the power indicator light of the mask machine is on, but there is no action, and there is no ultrasonic output when pressing the ultrasonic test button of the mask machine. Reasons: A. Check whether the emergency stop switch of the mask machine is pressed; B. The 110V or 24V power supply of the ultrasonic power transformer of the mask machine is abnormal; C. The machine program circuit board is faulty. 4. The mask machine has action, but there is no ultrasonic output when pressing the ultrasonic test button and the work button of the mask machine. Reasons: A. The 110V power supply of the ultrasonic power transformer of the mask machine is abnormal; B. The 110V power cord of the ultrasonic circuit main board of the mask machine has fallen off. 5. Press the test button, the mask machine can work normally, but press the mask machine working button, the machine does not move. Reason: A. The working switch of the mask machine is damaged; B. The five-core wire connecting the base of the mask machine to the frame is open. When the ultrasonic test button of the mask machine is pressed, the power load meter indicates that the value is greater than 20% and cannot be adjusted down through the tuner. Reason: A. The ultrasonic transducer system of the mask machine is faulty; B. The power tube of the machine is burned. 7. The ultrasonic overload indicator light of the mask machine is on during welding. Reason: A. The ultrasonic transducer system of the mask machine is faulty.
8. The welding effect of the mask weldment is not ideal, but the overload indicator light does not light up during welding, and the ultrasonic output of the mask machine is weak. Reasons: A. The 24V power supply of the ultrasonic power transformer of the mask machine is abnormal, and the relay does not operate; B. The three-terminal voltage regulator LM7824 on the ultrasonic program board of the mask machine is damaged. 9 The welding effect of the weldment is not ideal, and the whistling sound can be heard by pressing the ultrasonic ultrasonic test button of the mask machine. Reason: There is a problem with the assembly of the ultrasonic transducer system of the mask machine. 10. When the power switch of the mask machine is turned on, a weak whistling sound can be heard. Reason: 1-2 power tubes on the ultrasonic circuit board of the mask machine were burned.
